PROFESSIONAL WRITER AND EDITOR
CAYBRA BRYANT
A.A., A.S., B.S., CMT

Caybra Bryant was born with a silver pen in her hand, and if it were up to her, it would’ve been 18 karat gold.

During her youth, when Caybra and her friends would play Candy Land, Operation, Atari, and later Trivial Pursuit, she fondly remembers writing about the experiences in her diary. “I’d write up catchy, snappy descriptions for the back of the box which would effectively sell these games to consumers.” Realizing corporations weren’t pounding down the door seeking a 13-year-old slogan and jingle writer, Caybra set her sights on a career in writing and hasn’t looked back since.

As an adult, Caybra earned three degrees, an A.A. and A.S. in Education and Business Management, and her proudest moment, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in English from Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania.

Caybra is an accomplished freelance writer, who has been published numerous times, as evidenced by her portfolio. She is a writer/editor for one of the nation’s largest online learning institutions. Caybra is as comfortable writing about dog care and women’s issues as she is autopsies, medical terminology, and anatomy.

With exceptional content development, grammatical, editorial, proofreading, and organizational skills, her voice is unique voice and her experience runs the gamut.

Caybra is also passionate about short stories and has won fiction writing contests, including the esteemed Writer's Weekly Flash Fiction contest in 2009. The Showtime Network named Caybra their Fan Fiction Screenwriting contest winner in 2007, where Caybra placed first over thousands of contestants nationwide.  Completing her first novel, which she dubs, 'contemporary adult fiction with a twist,' the publication world has a unique voice on the horizon.

Caybra is full of “C’s, with passions for cocker spaniels, creative writing,
comedy, Clay Aiken music, consistently meeting deadlines, and caring about the people whose lives she touches with her writing. In her spare time, she is often found engrossed in a novel, rescuing a four-legged friend in need, and maybe even devising a product slogan or two in her adult journal.

She is a resident of northeastern Pennsylvania and her final “C,” Caybra loves a challenge.
